How do I track my order status if I don’t have a Ranein account?

Once your order is successful, the system will automatically register a Ranein RV account for you. The user ID will be the email that you used to place the order. You can reset the password by clicking the link below and log in to your Ranein RV account to track your order.

After I place an order, how do I change my order before shipment?

The nation, product quantity, category, and color cannot be changed once an order has been placed. If you need to change these details, please cancel the order and purchase again. Due to different states and cities having different tax rates, we do not allow our customers to change the city, state, or ZIP code after the order has been placed when the order is paid for via credit card or bank transfer. If the order is paid for via Paypal or klarna, no changes can be made since the payment service provider verifies shipping address information before they approve payment.

How do I cancel after I have submitted the order, but it has not shipped?

If your order has not been shipped, you can log in to your Ranein account and cancel your order in “My Orders” on the Ranein Store. If your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. Please contact the customer service team to apply for a sales return.

Are there shipping charges for repeated delivery, rejected packages, or returned packages without reason?

Yes. The consignee will be responsible for extra delivery charges if delivery failures are caused by the consignee. Shipment charges for returned products because of order cancellation or package rejection after the goods have been shipped will be at the consignee’s own expense and will be deducted from the refund. Shipment charges for returns without reason will be at the customer’s expense, and will be deducted from the refund.

Under what circumstances will the Ranein Online Store cancel an order unilaterally?

The Ranein RV Online Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not commercially distribute, publish, license, or resell any products or services obtained from the Ranein Online Store. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the original account if we detect one of the following violations before the goods are shipped out or signed for:
1) Ordered products exceed the purchase limit with the same Ranein account;
2) A single account does not violate the purchase restriction, but an individual is determined (through payment account, delivery address, IP address, contact number, or other methods) to be linked to numerous accounts which cumulatively violate the purchase restriction.
3) Ranein receives notification from the credit card issuer or PayPal that the transaction was somehow fraudulent.
4) Ranein determines that the purchase was made through improper means or finds evidence that the order was not made legally.

Payment

How can I pay with my coupon ?

Go to the checkout page, follow the steps and fill in the necessary information. There are “use coupon code” buttons on the order summary section.
To use coupon code, click on “Use a Coupon code” and enter the coupon code you have in the blank column. Don’t forget to click on “Use Coupon” to continue the order.

Do I have to pay extra fees when I buy Ranein products?

It depends on your payment method. If you are paying for your order with an international bank card, the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge foreign conversion fees. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer for any questions regarding these fees. Extra charges will not be shown on your online order, and Ranein does not take any responsibility for extra charges incurred while making payments with international bank cards.

What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?

If your payment has been declined, you will need toplace your order again. We’re not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:
1) Your order information (eg. phone number, email address) before submitting your order; if you are shipping to a business address, make sure to put your name on the order.
2) Card details to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date and your billing address.
3) Enter the correct security code - that's the three digit number on the backside of your card.
4) Your card issuer may have declined your payment. As they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.
If you have checked all of the above, try paying with another card or with another form of payment.

How long do refunds take to process?

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Is my personal payment profile secure?

We understand the importance of security in online transactions. Ranein RV takes all necessary security measures to protect your credit card and other confidential personal information. Ranein does not share this information to any outside organizations.

Repair Request

What is the overall service process?

1) Request Service: Describe the product's issue and provide your information.
2) Assessment and Repair: The service center will evaluate your information and determine the repair method.
3) Receive Your Product: The Service Center will send the repaired or replacement product to your address.

Who is responsible for shipping fees?

If your area is within Ranein Repair* service range and the product assessment shows that Ranein is responsible for the product's issue under warranty, all shipping fees will be covered by Ranein . If the product or component damage is due to user error or is the product is out of warranty, you are responsible for shipping fees to your address.

What components should I ship to the Service Center?

For Repair: It is recommended to send us the defective product or components together for testing.
For Replacement: It is recommended to send us the entire product set, including all components, packaging, accessories, gifts, and user manual.

How can I submit an Online Service Request?

If your product needs to be repaired or replaced, you can submit an Online Service Request. If you want to request a return or refund service, or the products cannot work, please contact Ranein Support.

Rewards

How do I redeem my points?

1. Log in to your Ranein Rewards account.
2. Click “Ways to Redeem.”
3. Use the Rewards Points Slider to select how many of your points you want to redeem for in-store credit.
4. Your redeemed in-store credit will be applied to your account to use on your next purchase.

How do I use my in-store credit?

Your store credit amount will show up in your cart at checkout as a payment option that you can choose to apply at any time.

Why can’t I see my points from my purchase?

Points are awarded at the time the entire order ships.

How much in-store credit are rewards points worth?

100 rewards points are equal to $1 in-store credit. For example, if you have 10,000 points you can redeem them for $100.

How do I share the $50 credit with a friend?

The “Give $50, Get $50” code will be visible on your Ranein RV Rewards account page after logging in.

I made a purchase before creating my Ranein Rewards account, can I still get credit?

Absolutely! Our customer service team can manually add your points.  send email service@raneinrv.com to us.

Why can’t I see my $50 store credit for referring a friend?

For referrals, once you share your code with a friend, $50 in store credit will be applied to your account when your friend’s completed order has shipped.

Where do I find my store credit?

Log in to your account, and you will find your store credit amount under the Orders tab.
